Silva products are prepared at company-owned and operated centers—facilities with high-tech equipment, advanced manufacturing techniques and the highest quality and safety standards.

After harvest at the optimal time, fresh raw materials are cleaned, sorted, sized, dehydrated, blended, cut and milled according to strict customer specifications.

With a critical focus on precision and hygienic practices, our processing capabilities include grinding, milling, cutting, blending and laser sorting. Additional quality controls include metal detection and removal, rare earth magnets, air separation, de-stoning, fumigation, steam sterilization, gravity sieve separation, bin drying, and specialized X-ray detection.
